When implementing the project, the first aim was to improve the competencies of the conservatory's employees and to encourage the application of acquired new knowledge and skills at work - by applying modern methods and tools to improve the quality of education and student learning outcomes. It was also aimed at: - to encourage sharing of good practices with colleagues, - to improve the competences of the school staff related to the implementation of international projects, - to unite the school community for common activities, - to represent the country during international courses and work observation visits.
The main reasons for this project - to provide opportunities for conservatory employees to acquire new knowledge and skills in international courses, and to adopt good practices from schools in European countries, and to represent our country. Later, by applying the acquired experience, to improve the quality of education and the learning results of students, to unite the school community for common activities.
