The goal of the project is to promote the use of ICT in the educational process and foster a digital environment. It was planned to improve the qualifications of employees: to acquire knowledge, skills and competences that would help to implement innovations in the field of education, to hold better the educational process in such a way that it becomes more attractive to students and promotes their learning motivation. The objectives of the project: to improve the quality of education, to ensure a better development of students' social and emotional abilities, to achieve that all high school students are able to complete the Secondary Education program and obtain a certificate of maturity. We hoped that the project would help to focus the community for project activities: it would help connect the high school community with closer ties, develop positive thinking, raise the qualifications of employees, improve foreign language competence, increase openness, tolerance, increase the self-esteem of educators, change the attitudes of communication and cooperation, give birth to new ideas and be continuity of project activities is implemented. We planned that the experience gained in this project will be applied when establishing a gymnasium museum.
Since 2015 the experience of the successfully implemented Erasmus+KA1 and KA2 projects encouraged the gymnasium community for this project. Based on monitoring and data-based analysis, guided by the conclusions of the analysis, the high school's 2017-2020 strategic plan, 2019 operational plan, the needs of this high school have been identified: - to improve the quality of education, - employee qualification improvement; - cooperation of higher education institutions with EU educational institutions, creation of joint projects, - adoption of positive international experience. We made sure who carries out ERASMUS+ mobility activities, the intercultural competences of teachers are expanding, partnership relations with foreign colleagues are being developed, project activity continuity in other international projects is emerging. The community of pedagogues is clearly changing: openness, tolerance, highest self-esteem are increasing, attitudes towards communication and cooperation are changing, new ideas are being born. This helps to raise students' learning motivation and increases the competitiveness of the higher education institution: acquired learning practices, new smart technologies, teaching materials in a foreign language are used, etc.
