By implementing the project, we aimed: 1. to increase the subject, didactic and general competences of teachers of the profession, while they also get to know the culture of foreign countries and make new acquaintances in the field of professional interests of teachers. 2. to increase the abilities of the administration representatives of the institution to organize and manage the provision of professional training services and content, investment and mobility projects, while they also get to know the culture of foreign countries and make new acquaintances in the field of professional interests. 3. to create conditions for students of engineering, energy, transport and construction specializations to deepen their content knowledge and acquire additional professional skills, while they also get to know the culture of foreign countries and make new acquaintances in the field of professional interests.
We applied for the financing project in order to provide teachers of the profession (1) and representatives of the institution's administration (2) with the opportunity to improve their qualifications by gaining the necessary experience in foreign partner institutions and organizations. It was also important to offer students (3) the possibility of internships in vocational training institutions and business companies in foreign countries.
