European mobility provides opportunities for students and staff to integrate into the international social, economic, and cultural environment, promoting an understanding of the European community. RTK's main areas of activity in need of improvement and development are raising the quality of education in line with the economy's needs and innovative approaches to training. We have assessed that international mobility projects contribute to the development of vocational training programmes in line with the needs of the labour market. The resulting competences of the participants will be applied in the training and work process. Acquiring and developing professional competences contributes to the very important objective - ensuring that vocational education is in line with the European Qualifications Framework.
