The project gave opportunity to participants to acquire profession skills and work with modern technologies in companies and contemporary schools abroad. After coming home participants can use acquired skills and knowledge in the workshops of Rezekne Technical school and working with modern equipment. It is considering that qualitative results of teaching process depends on pedagogues` competences, development of teachers` knowledge and skills by visiting VET-institutions and companies, that will promote preparation of competitive specialists and will help to develop long-term and continuous cooperation between institutions and enterprises of vocational education. In general, the implementing the Project “My practice abroad”, winners is not only students and pedagogues of RT, but also potential employers who through the labour market will get new qualified specialists involved in project. The winner is the state in its entirety. As a result, the cooperation and current ties with constant partners are strengthened and experience of Erasmus+ projects realization is improved: the ability to work in EU. international level is growing, monitoring skills and international strategies are developed.
Rezekne Technical school has applied for implementation of the mobility project to provide its students with opportunities to develop professional skills, to improve mastering of students` and VET-teachers` skills and competences which would promote personal and professional development, mobility, employment and integration into European labor market. Experience gained by students as potential seekers for a job will become very important after finishing school. Improved professional skills and more active collaboration in society will give more possibilities not only to align with the labor market but also to compete, adapting to different situations, making effective dialogue with employers, using own professional skills, knowledge of foreign languages and communicative abilities. Personal experience gained during the mobility, will give young people readiness to start their professional career, confidence and will form positive lifetime aspect. Development of the competences of teachers of vocational education: understanding the educational systems of other countries of Europe, examples of good practice in promoting cooperation between institutions involved in vocational training, will promote the involvement of the school into internationalization processes; inspection with new innovative teaching methods and conceptions – is important for personal development, implementation of innovations of teaching process, mastering of new teaching methods
