The project includes few stages: 1. Preparation. During this stage, leaders will form working groups. Representatives are going to analyze the current situation in their country and more in their national group. According to research, each group shall prepare; a little presentation on the skills that they have and what they already know about 8 basic competences and their meaning in employment; the current situation in youth employment which are characterized by national features. 2. The main part of the projeсt will take place in Bursa, August 2019. Our main goals are based on using nonformal methods of education, we would be able to develop basic skills attached to 8 competences, to help youngsters from Latvia, Spain, Czech Republic Greece and Turkey to understand how to evolve them by themselves, how to present themselves, to raise social awareness, develop entrepreneurial thinking and intelligence and to change the attitude towards life spheres during the intercultural exchange in August 2019. During the project the participants will discuss and try to find solutions to express and develop themselves, to solve the problems by gaining skills with the help of group work in workrooms and a variety of informal methods. We will have many tasks and workshops on self-developing in different spheres. Participants are going to discover new emotions and skills by doing something new: city exploring, performance statement, theater experience, lectures with the experts, communicating wits absolutely different cultures. The objectives of our project are to develop leadership qualities and entrepreneurial thinking among project participants, we want to inspire young people with new ideas, motivate them to new feats, leave the comfort zone and be ready to risk, learn to motivate yourself and others. And also the task of our project is to prepare young people to find solutions in difficult situations, not to be afraid to take responsibility for themselves and favorably differ from other people, which will contribute to rapid career growth in the future, our project will help participants to approach their paths and for this we will help each participant to understand their capabilities, abilities and reveal their potential. We will show to the youth the opportunities for their leisure time and future life, the new method of self-development through non-formal education. Our goal in the shortest possible time and with the help of informal approaches in education to provide the basic skills necessary for the employment of young people in modern conditions. During the meeting, the participants will exchange their own experiences and will work together to solve the problem of lack of knowledge and experienceand improving work skills. 3. Practical usage. Participants are going to open themselves up and find means of expressing themselves. At the end of the project, they will implement their new knowledge in a video shooting, writing a statement, have a conversation with different people with other mentality, etc. This way, we will have an opportunity to compare changes. Long-term benefits shall include collaboration between participants, and international communication. Plus youngsters will be able to travel with their lectures all around their own countries.
