With our project “Rafting to entrepreneurship,” we want to inspire and to give an opportunity for those young people who really need support. Under this group, we understand young people facing economic, geographical and social obstacles, who have recently lost their job or who have difficulties in finding one. With our project, we want to stimulate positive thinking towards risk-taking and implementation of own social/business initiatives. The project will build a platform for self-expression. The project is built on the aspiration of stimulating each participant's involvement in everyday management, organization, evaluation, and assessment of the whole youth exchange. The main part of this program is dedicated to entrepreneurial education, which will be combined with outdoor activities (rafting). Participants will have an opportunity to acquire knowledge about business planning, fundraising, business model CANVAS, creative thinking tools, business management, and promotion, together with in-depth practical rafting skills. Our main objectives are: - To develop entrepreneurial skills; - To develop creative thinking in the field of business; - To provide participants with practical instruments of business development; - To provide participants with information about financial opportunities for the implementation of business ideas; - To promote a healthy lifestyle and teamwork through rafting activity; - To show a wide range of possibilities of rural tourism; - To promote the Erasmus + program for youth; - To overcome stereotypes and prejudice, to increase cultural awareness.
