The Youth Exchange "Let me do it" is a project organized by Association “Solis Tuvak. It will be held in Sigulda. Accommodation will be provided by a guest house, which guarantees all amenities for people with disabilities. The exchange will last from October 10 to October 18, 2019 (excluding travel days). The subject of exchange are media and communication in the lives of young people (including disabled youth), and the main goals are: • share basic knowledge about taking photos and videos; • acquire IT skills to increase the chances of participants on the labor market; • improve the quality of life of people with disabilities; • develop social skills using media and private, intercultural interactions; • learn how to express yourself in an interesting and safe way using media tools; • use the media for intercultural learning and understanding of other cultures; • to spread to the participant's knowledge about further local and European programs and possibilities; • show and use informal learning methods when working with young people who lose on a traditional, formal approach to learning.
