Background

Effective inclusion in preschools means it is imperative that ALL CHILDREN be actively involved in the Early Learning and Development Program, including children with developmental disabilities. At the same time, it means that ALL EDUCATORS understand and apply an individualized approach and various teaching techniques that encourage early learning in all the children they work with, including children who need more support to be able to function in the social environment. The trainings conducted by the providers of our project are a continuation of our efforts to form inclusive support teams in our kindergarten. These trainings were attended, in addition to all educators and caregivers who followed the dissemination, and all members of the professional team (speech therapist, pedagogue, special educator, psychologist, social worker) in order to create a complete professional team that will provide significant support to families and children. with special needs.
