Background

At St Albert the Great College, inclusion and active learning of all our students have always been at the heart of our focus and development. In the last two years we have been working on developing and implementing a new School Developmental Plan under the general title of "Dissolving Fences". Through a number of meetings and workshops with all our staff we have identified areas of development which we want to work on. In summary training of staff members is needed to acquire more competences to deal with the challenges being faced by the school in the coming years. Continuous advancement of education and training is of profound importance if the school is to reach its own targets, the National and also the European targets.
