Agora works continuously to improve education. Good education is what is pursued. There are 3 related areas, appropriate education, a wide range and Profit-oriented. Agora's strength lies in the Professional Learning Communities (PLGs). These PLGs focus on learning domains within the school and above school. The PLCs consist of an inner and outer circle. The inner circle provides training, information and research, the inner circle consists of teachers, directors who are responsible for their domain. The outer circle consists of teachers who are specialized in their learning domain at their own school. Internationalization is getting or has an active role here. Agora has included Bildung in its vision for the broad education of the students. In addition to arithmetic, language and reading, Agora wants to offer students a broad development. Bildung contributes to the development of a strong identity. This allows a student to stand firm in an environment that is subject to constant change. The future requires creative, self-directing, inquiring, socially critical and social citizens. This includes 21st century skills. In order to achieve the objectives, Agora wants to actively involve the managers of the schools in the development of strategies to achieve the objectives.
