All this should lead to more students doing internships abroad and to increase teacher mobility.
The aim of the project was to prepare students from ROC Kop van Noord-Holland for work in an international context. It was mainly about learning international skills, which are necessary to function in an internationally oriented labor market and intercultural society. In addition to increasing the knowledge and skills of students in this area, increasing the mobility of teachers was also an important point of attention. The ROC also wanted to open up to teachers from another MBO who would like to visit us, take a short course with us or come and teach with us.
