We would have liked to achieve a growth in mobilities of both students and teachers. With special attention to setting up collaborations with foreign schools and to the group of inclusive students. This is done by using the subsidy from Erasmus + funds and by Curio's MBO Quality Agenda. Unfortunately, achieving the goals in a period of Corona was impossible. The aftermath of Corona was also noticeable. Students and organizations opted for certainty. Work has been done on other organizational goals, such as safeguarding internationalization in the new organization and setting up an internationalization task force for VMBO/VO.
Internationalization has been a theme within our ROC/AOC since 2003. In line with the European and Dutch ambition, we want to continue to internationalize our education. We will continue unabated with internationalization. Of course due to international mobilities of students and staff. But by participating in international projects. Our organization has been reorganized during this call. We now work with a portfolio structure in a matrix organization. An advantage of this is that in the consultation structure all education managers and delegations of the MBO education units of this theme can be reached at once.
