Objectives

Following our Erasmus+ plan developed for aquiring our charter, we worked on the following objectives: 1. Closer alignment with common goals and better benefit from each other's expertise within the consortium. 2. More actively engage in mobility by students at levels 1 and 2 and thus increase social inclusion. 3. In addition to acquiring professional skills and 21st Century skills, additional attention to world citizenship and cultural heritage through the optional course Internationalization II. 4. Sharper objectives for staff mobility. 5. Further alignment with the European Skills Agenda.

Background

The consortium partners value the importance of learning abroad. The experiences and knowledge gained by our students and staff during their foreign mobilities are like no other. Our consortium acknowledges the importance of international learning for many, many years now. That's why we apply for the Erasmus+-project every year. This application is in line with the common objectives of all consortium members. We continued to work on harmonizing the approaches in our consortium. The merger between Wellant, Citaverde and Helicon to Yuverta has accelerated this and also redefined and emphasised the value of the cooperation between Yuverta and Lentiz, which started in 2007. Covid-19 has caused the consortium to execute most of the mobilities after the merge was completed, this went smoothly. Due to Covid -19 fewer students and employees were able to gain experience abroad this project. As consortium partners, we have looked for other ways to draw attention to internationalization in the training courses, such as setting up e-twinning projects or offering parts of the training bilingually.
