We wanted to achieve the following: 1) A combined trip for students level 1 and 2 from different colleges. We also wanted to allow new groups of students to gain international experience. Because Albeda believes that internationalization is more than mobility and we wanted to make a qualitative impact, we wanted to achieve more: 2) We will continue to emphasize working with so-called hotspots. We see that this increases the quality of the internship or study trip. 3) At the time of the application, we had also started a cooperation with our colleagues in the region (Rijnmond) and higher vocational education institutions, which we wanted to expand further. After all, we work in the same (urban) setting. 4) Albeda International Office team developed itself by expanding their knowledge and introducing innovation to be able to carry out the project and other internationalization activities even better. We wanted to improve communication and the work process. 5) Albeda's Internationalization Framework 2017-2022 has come to an end. We wanted to build on the results we had achieved and formulate themes and goals for the period 2022-2027 that are in line with the Erasmus Plan of the accreditation and our own Albeda spearheads.
Internationalization has been important to Albeda for years. We have participated in many projects. The title of this application was therefore: 'Albeda perseveres!'. With the financial support of this project, we wanted to continue realizing the activities we started and also make new activities possible.
