This project is a follow up project of the successful "PBA to improve the quality of EVS between existing partners 2018" project which took place in July 2018. During that project we developed a cooperation platform followed by a specific strategic plan. The Rocking Platform's Strategic Plan aimed to coordinate the actions of 17 youth organisations, working with young people in NEET situation and develop new projects in volunteering activities under the European Solidarity Corps Programme. The Strategic Plan is defining the objectives, the instruments/tools, the outputs, the products, the evaluation and the coordination of the Platform. The project aims to evaluate the level of achievement of the goals, the qualitative and quantitative criteria met and whether the Platform should become a network or not. It will result to the further improvement of the quality of the common projects and it will benefit in a high extend the young people with fewer opportunities who will participate at the volunteering activities in the near future. Taking under consideration the function of the strategic plan so far, the common work of the organisations and the new developments of the European Solidarity Corps Program, the project's objectives are: Objectives: - To revisit the indicators of the strategic plan and evaluate one by one the level of achievement - To draw conclusions about the results the platform and the strategic plan has for the participating organisations, youth workers and target groups - To revisit the aims, the plan and the tools of the strategic plan and develop new tools and methodologies - To create new and share the existing knowledge on the European Solidarity Corps program and the similarities and differensies with the EVS, especially for young people with fewer opportunities - Identify the benefits and the challenges of the new ESC program for the youth workers and the young people - To discuss and debate on the need of transforming the Rockin Platform into a solid network with the aim to develop new practices for more inclusive international voluntary activities.
