We applied for this project as part of our schools ambition to improve staffs competence in the areas of mathematics and science, innovative pedagogical methods and leadership.
We wanted our teachers and school leaders to have a shared and increased understanding of topics that we wished to improve upon. We believed that teachers that travel together, experience other cultures, talk to colleagues from different countries and explore new topics with approved Erasmus courses will benefit both in terms of their competence in their field of work, but also their cultural understanding and that of working as a team.
