Background

"Exchange for future skills" is a mobility project where pedagogical staff of Tiller Uper Secondary School has attended classes at Frederiksbjerg skole in Århus, Denmark. Tiller Upper Secondary School has been in the process of constructinga new school which shall offer a future oriented education based on 21st century skills. It is the pedagogical practice which will decide the design of the buildings and not the other way around. Frederiksbjerg skole is based on the same pedagogical principles which is founded in the new Tiller Upper Secondary School and this school has a long experience that can be of great value. These principles are largely based on David Thornburgs theories. The purpose has therefore been to ensure critical experience and competence for our staff so that they can use the potential in the new school as intended.
