In combination with skills development by collaborating with similar schools, companies and institutions in their own country, it has been important with the knowledge that this international project has provided. The fact that teachers have had the opportunity for professional development through job shadowing in companies and institutions in our partner countries has provided insight into international trends in their own field. A focus area for the development of competence through this project has been welfare technology in institutions in Denmark (health professionals) and the effect and method of using play in teaching (or the effect of lack of use of play ..) as the main focus for students and teachers in the child and youth work program. Together with our partners, we continued the work of further developing our quality assurance of assessment work in connection with training in companies. . Evaluation interviews at the placement sites have increasingly been conducted according to the Danish / German way and their evaluation forms have provided important inputs for the preparation of our own evaluation method.

They were updated on international developments in their field and improved their language skills. The students in the child and youth work program got useful inspiration about methodology. KNOWLEDGE OF WELFARE TECHNOLOGY Institutions in Denmark, were selected for their use of welfare technology. Institutions in our region have now cought up, but it was useful for our students to be at the forefront of this. HOW PHYSICAL ACTIVITY GENERALLY AND PLAY IS SPECIFICALLY IS EMPHASIZED In Denmark we used an untraditional SFO where the outdoor and indoor area could be used according to the childrens' own wishes. Our students made useful experiences in the free organization that was set up here. The kindergartens in Germany were specially selected because of their excitingly designed outdoor areas. The students learned a lot from the way the activities in these outdoor areas were set up.
