We want to make vocational training attractive in our region by offering Erasmus+ mobility. We think our apprentices gain valuable experience in their profession and in their personal life by taking part in a mobility experience. The apprentices become more attractive when applying for work.
Our VET mobility projects aims at adding quality to vocational training and to provide personal and professional development for all participants. For staff who participate we aim at building networks, want to support younger participants while being abroad and to create respect for and interest in the Erasmus+ program for VET. We apply for funding every year and have established Erasmus+ as an ongoing activity in our VET system for apprentices.
