Objectives

The implementation of the project was to: - improve the language skills of teachers and an office specialist - increase the European dimension of the school and strengthen the awareness of the intercultural school community - increase the number of teachers using ICT tools in the teaching process at school - create a "resource bank" - e-databases of materials obtained as a result of contacts of our participants during training sessions abroad; - introduce CLIL learning elements - increase the number of teachers involved in international educational projects - increase the number of teachers using e-Twinning on a regular basis - increase the number of students involved in the implementation of international projects and initiatives at school

Background

English courses for our teachers were a response to their needs: using English on a daily basis and thus the possibility of looking for partners for cooperation in other projects (Erasmus +, eTwinning) where the leading language is English, gaining new ideas for the attractiveness of classes, preventing burnout, using internet resources of English-language platforms (training, webinars) and teaching materials, the possibility of exchanging experience and good practices with teachers and educators from other countries, the possibility of using professional literature available only in English for example about children with autism or Asperger's disease available only in a foreign language.
