Achieving a new quality in teaching is to take place through the introduction of new teaching methods and means based on modern ICT tools, activating methods and increasing students' awareness during classes and better control over the stress of pupils. An important goal was to improve the use of English by teachers and secretarial staff - this will allow easier use of English-language resources and easier international contacts of the school. An extremely important aspect of the project was to improve the image of the school, and thus to maintain good results of candidates' enrollment and disseminate knowledge about the culture of EU countries and the idea of learning English. Specific objectives of the activities in the project: - acquiring methodological and specialist competences by 5 teachers - increasing the level of project management and international cooperation by the coordinator of EU projects and an English teacher, - increasing the language skills of 2 teachers of vocational logistic subjects and 2 secretarial employees during English language courses. - strengthening the European dimension of the school and promoting multicultural and pro-European elements.
Zespol Szkol nr 4 im. Piotra Latoski applied for the project "Creative Teacher of the 21st Century" with the intention of introducing positive changes in the field of improving teaching results, developing teachers' methodological potential, and thus making classes in subjects more attractive, leading to willing participation of students in classes and improving attendance at classes by young people our school. An important aspect of the activities in the project was the desire to establish new contacts with educational institutions abroad, and thus to expand the European potential of the school and its internationalization, and to promote pro-European, cultural values and language learning.
