Main goals of project are: 1)increasing prof.competences of school employees by: - improving schl head’s & 2 maths Ts’ lg skills as general eduaction Ts, -implementation of new didactic methods in foreign lg lessons using modern ITs (inc E+ tools), lg games -implementation of CLIL method in school, initially by Fr and It Ts, then by other foreign lg Ts 2)increasing effectiveness & motivation of Ss to learn foreign lgs through: - use of above-ment. modern methods of work in class, -introducing lg ed using CLIL method in implementation of general educ content, -involving Ss in process of learning planning, monitoring & evaluating Ss’ work; 3)establishing direct contacts with Ts from foreign countries to find partners for cooperation in implementation of future projects for teaching staff and youth. Implementation of above goals brought tangible results already during pr duration.Remote & hybrid learning required to immediately implement knowledge & skills acquired during mobility in modern technologies & effective & attractive distance learning.In turn, establishing contacts with high school in Dinan resulted in a Fr pr in the KA1 action & a visit of Ts from France to our sch after several months after our job shadowing activity.
Decision to join E+ project resulted from objectives set out in European School Develop.Plan for 2019-22.Project was the result of school's demand for development in areas of raising lang.level of teaching staff,changing traditional methods to creative ones using modern technologies,opening to Europe and increasing the number of international projects,increasing Ts’ teaching and pedagogical competences.The school head,Ts of foreign lgs and maths Ts were to be main participants of project.Remaining Ts and Ss interested in project were to be indirect participants.The project was innovative as it enabled development of Ts' professional competences with forms of training not used so far. To achieve goals of project following activities were planned: - participation in full-time Eng lg courses for school head and 2 maths and natural sciences Ts interested in implementing EU projects with young people in the future, - participation in specialized methodological and lg courses for Ts of foreign lgs to enhance methodological workshop and learn effective methods of organizing work in a group of Ss with different lg levels and different educational needs, - visit of 4 Ts to observe lessons, the so-called job shadowing in a partner school
