By implementing the activities planned in the application, related to our foreign trainings, we wanted to achieve the following goals: - increase teachers' competence in the use of modern and attractive methods of working with both talented and special educational students - introduce greater use of modern technologies in the teaching of both foreign languages and other subjects, - enriching the educational offer of the school in accordance with the interests of students and the expectations of parents - promotion of the school and changing the image of the school in the local environment – we have always wanted to be a developing institution where the staff learns throughout their lives, complements their knowledge and skills at the European level and uses the latest methods in the teaching process, adapting them to our school - get to know other teaching systems and other forms of teacher training, all to raise the level of teaching, - development of intercultural competences, broadening knowledge about the culture of other EU countries, which can be used directly during lessons or extracurricular activities - establish contacts with teachers from other countries in order to carry out joint projects in the future,
First of all, we wanted to: - learn new teaching methods, more activating the student and more attractive and at the same time effective. For this purpose, it is important it is for us to get to know the trends developing in other European countries. - exchange experiences with teachers from other countries regarding the methods of work used and solving educational problems - establish personal and direct contacts with teachers from potential partner countries in order to create joint educational projects with children in the future and to expand European cooperation with schools from other countries. - improve our school by educating abroad on prestigious trainings addressed to the staff pedagogical, getting to know other cultures and developing international cooperation is a chance for us to develop. - build the authority of our staff and strengthen the role of the school as a modern institution shaping self-confident and open citizens, this is of great importance for motivation to work - improve the knowledge of foreign languages / this will strengthen self-confidence in the free use of the language, will allow you to strengthen cooperation, make contacts easier and better implement international / and COMPUTER science p.
