Our primary goal was an achievement of postulates included in the European Plan of School Development. It was a professionalization of our school team so we can pass on our knowledge to the pupils in the school and motivate them. They will understand that English language will help them to achieve future goals and better life. The first goal was an improvement of knowledge of English. Our teachers, educators are obliged to know English language for the teachers of the 21st century. Our second goal was getting to know new methods and approaches in teaching and learning. By our participation in methodology and language courses and practice "Job shadowing" we got to know solutions and experience of our partner schools.
Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa under the name of Władysław Joźwicki at Górzno is a school for children from the age of 7 to 15. Our school has some experience regarding to cooperation with European educational organizations. Our teachers participated in mobilities several times realizing some projects: 2016-1-PL01-KA101-024238 and 2017-PL01-KA101-026943, and our students took part in a mobility to Agrupamento de Escolas de Barcelos while they were realizing the project: 2019-1-PMU-1082. Through the participation of our teachers in this project and its mobilities our teachers want to expand and learn from the best schools and pedagogical institutions in Europe. While participating in the methodology and language courses the teachers improved their skills and competences in English language which helped them to take the level of English education to the next step. Through the participation in „Job shadowning” they observed Portuguese system of education, types of schools, modern methods and forms of work . We are going to introduce checked methods and ideas to our school Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa under the name of Władysław Joźwicki at Górzno.
