Background

For several years, our school has been setting up modern teaching as one of its most important goals. We are guided by the belief that well-trained management and the willingness of teachers to improve their qualifications will increase the likelihood of equalizing the educational opportunities of our students with those of their peers from more developed countries, especially from the European Union, and will also be allowed by sustainable development. The project "Modern information technologies and multiculturalism as the key to educational success" gave such an opportunity to the teachers of Zespół Szkół under the name Piotr Wysocki in Warsaw, who raised their professional qualifications by participating in language training in Malta, methodological training in the field of information technology and digital processes in Greece and Spain, as well as in the field of cultural studies and didactic and educational work in multicultural classes in Italy and Spain. The participants increased the skills related to their professional profile, raised the quality of their work, intensified innovative activities in everyday work with the student and improved their knowledge of foreign languages.
