Background

We chose the project :"Get it - Modern teacher - modern school" for implementation, because it was conducive to building the image of the school as an institution open to innovation, having an international dimension, it improved the quality of school work by strengthening the professional competences of teachers working in our school and thus created our studentsopportunities for all-round development. It significantly contributed to broadening knowledge in the field of approaches, methods, forms of working with students, contact with mobility participants from other countries, exchange of experiences, establishing partnerships and implementing subsequent international projects. Direct participation in courses conducted for us with new/innovative teaching methods was an opportunity to increase the didactic competences of our school teachers. Teachers gained knowledge and at the same time new skills that are necessary for the practical use of the tools they have learned. The evaluation of own didactic activities and the development of self-reflection skills resulted in an increase in social competences and pro-European attitudes.
