Intercultural competences Our school have a growing number of students with a migrant background resulting in cultural differences, communication problems and disparities in performance in the classrooms. This poses a challenge to all the involved parties at school. Our project aims at enabling students of different cultural and educational backgrounds to graduate successfully. Digitalization Our school aims to improve IT infrastructure . However, the availability of information and communication technology and media alone doesn’t guarantee a successful learning process. Unfortunately, a majority of the educational staff doesn’t have the skills to keep up with this constantly changing digital environment. Only well qualified staff will be able to use new ICT techniques in the classroom and promote educational culture.
The Erasmus Plus Project (Key Action 1 SE) “ Intercultural competences and ICT skills” is designed to enable members of the educational community to develop skills in two crucial fields: intercultural competence and digital skills and improve the quality of education.
