Our aim was to meet the five most important goals of our school's European development plan. They were as follow: 1. Introducing innovative teaching methods. Our school's ambition was to use methods that deviate from the school's routine, making young people feel the joy of participating in the learning process. 2. Shaping the key competences of our students - communication in foreign languages, increasing IT competences, creativity, as well as cultural awareness and expression. 3. Professional training of staff in the field of foreign languages, especially English. This allows free use of professional literature, the opportunity to participate in international training, as well as support young people in its participation in the international arena. 4. Preparing our school for long-term and multilateral international cooperation. 5. Increasing the participation of EU countries in the sphere of international cooperation - gaining new partners for joint projects.
The implementation of this project, completing many courses and job shadowing mobilities, was primarily to help us increase the digital competences of teachers teaching in our school and develop and improve the knowledge of the English language. Our goal was also to: - Increase the quality of education through the use of innovative digital teaching techniques, - Increase students' interest in the educational offer of our school, - Raise the general level of students' knowledge thanks to increased attendance at interesting and motivating didactic classes, - Establish contacts with teachers from schools from other countries in order to create joint projects in the future, - Prevent professional burnout of our teachers, - Develop soft skills in teachers - work in a team (e.g. project teams), - On the local market - strengthen the good image of the school and become a role model for other schools,
