The main objective of the project was to increase the activity in searching for work and employment opportunities on the local and European labour market of beneficiaries through participation in foreign internships of 47 students and to strengthen the attractiveness and quality of the educational offer of ZSP No. 2 in the field of vocational education and training through apprenticeships of 3 teachers during the period September 2019 - March 2022. This goal was achieved through specific goals: • Improving the quality of educational services through professional development of the teaching staff. • Expanding students' professional competences. • Modernizing the didactic process (increasing the quality of the effectiveness of didactic work), among others. through the use of ICT. • Developing appropriate civic and social attitudes. • Promotion of the school in European countries. • Developing a sense of belonging to the cultural heritage of one's own region, country and Europe.
The need for an implementation of the project has resulted from the diagnosis made at the ZSP No. 2 in the 2014/15 school year, extended with the analysis of documentation, surveys of the school community, analysis of the needs of employers and the labour market. As part of the summary of the diagnosis, a SWOT analysis was made on the functioning and development of the school, on the basis of which the European School Development Plan was developed and subject to ongoing evaluation. In order to ensure the proper functioning of the school, the following needs have been identified: • Improving the quality of educational services through the professional development of teachers. • Expanding the professional competences of the participants. • Developing language skills. • Shaping and developing digital competences, • Developing key professional competences in the modern labour market, such as: assertiveness, responsibility, flexibility, communication, creativity, analytical thinking, resistance to stress, work organization, teamwork, professionalism and ethics, independence, diligence and accuracy, perseverance and consistency, commitment , team management. • Modernization of the teaching process, among others. internationalization of education through the use of digital educational tools. • Developing appropriate civic and social attitudes. • Equal opportunities.
