Objectives

Thanks to the project, we wanted to achieve the development of European cooperation by strengthening the school's international activities. We are constantly strengthening the image of the school as a safe, dynamic, active and developing institution at the European level. The main objective of the project was to improve the quality of vocational education at school, within the framework of European cooperation, enabling the adaptation of students' qualifications to the requirements of the European labor market. The implementation of the project was to enable students to improve their professional skills, better prepare them for job searches, and obtain Europass Mobility and ECVET certificates. During the mobility, we wanted to improve the language and professional skills of young people participating in internship and our teachers and improve work plans of school. Thanks to this, the project was to benefit not only the participants but the entire school community. Taking part in the project, we wanted to develop the IT system by introducing many facilities aimed at facilitating contacts between parent - school, student - teacher or school - partner organization. It was also important to equip the laboratories at the school.

Background

The main motivator for the implementation of the project was reaching the European level in the field of vocational education. We want to have the opinion of an institution open to the world, which gives its students good role models. We want to be perceived as a "forge" of professionals in the hotel and economy industry. The project was to help to develop the IT system used in school management. By participating in the project, we wanted to introduce new vocational teaching techniques based on European educational standards and support the comprehensive development of students by developing key competences and practical skills, using modern educational methods and equipment that will allow students to develop and gain practical experience. An important motivator for applying for the implementation of this project was the possibility to obtain international certificates by participants, thanks to which they become more attractive employees on the labor market. The acquired skills and experience of teachers participating in the project will be used during program lessons and extracurricular activities. Thanks to the project, we wanted to equip vocational studios with professional equipment necessary to learn a profession.
