Internships abroad are a priority in the development of the school, they improve professional and social competences of students. Gaining professional qualifications and the ability to use them in practice is possible when school education is combined with practice in workplaces, then students can verify their skills in real conditions, improving their qualifications. It was crucial to provide students with contact with modern technological processes, work organization and management methods in foreign enterprises. We wanted to ensure that they acquire competences important for the future employee: teamwork skills, responsibility for tasks, and combining theory with practice. We wanted them to be open to different cultures, teach them to overcome language barriers. Our goal was to equip students with competences that would enable them to be mobile at work and motivate them to constantly improve their qualifications. By organizing internships, the school acquires knowledge about the European labor market and modifies curricula in accordance with it, teachers learn new methods of work in order to teach in school practice competences important in working abroad.
