In implementing the project, we aimed to improve our students' professional competences, enrich their language skills, enhance their ability to learn independently and improve interpersonal and social competences in future employees on the European labour market. The opportunity to demonstrate their skills and present themselves has enabled them to meet the many challenges posed by the modern labour market.
The main reason for taking part in the project was the possibility to improve professional and social competences and foreign language skills, which positively influenced the value of a future employee on the European labour market. The process of acquisition and development of competences by the participants took place smoothly according to the objectives of the project. All project goals were realised during the three mobilities as well as during the preparation for them.
