Objectives

- Increased language competences of students and teachers - increased EU project management competences (5 realised E+ School Cooperation projects and 6 professional mobility of students have resulted in the project team working efficiently and sharing experiences with teachers from other schools) - exchange of experiences between staff participating in the projects and those not participating in them (conclusions from evaluations are presented at RP and WDN conferences, during School Open Days, at OTK) - increase in the number of students participating in mobilities (so far 129 students of the ZSCL have taken advantage of this form of education, and an increasing number of students are applying) - striving for a better pass rate or maintaining good results in qualifying and vocational exams (the rules of recruitment provide for the participation of students with the highest grades, which affects the motivation to achieve good results in learning). - use of English and Spanish in vocational classes, - creating and expanding the network of institutional partners from EU countries with the school - improving the quality of school's work (participation in EU projects has resulted in the need to use new information technologies, has influenced the interest in further training of the teaching staff). - Increasing the effectiveness of assessment of students' educational needs (development of curricula adapted to the realities of the local and regional labour market). - development and improvement of methods and forms of cooperation at international level - School development by introducing conclusions from the internships into the school practice and school year organisation, - expanding a good reputation in the local environment, which translates into a systematic increase in the number of primary school graduates interested in studying at ZSCL.

Background

The implementation of apprenticeships for vocational school students is permanently inscribed in the activities of our school, we already know what benefits it brings to students, not only in the formation of professional skills. It is also an important factor affecting the school's image and student recruitment.
