The main goal of the project was to improve the practical skills, vocational and linguistic competences of 56 students studying in the following professions: renewable energy equipment and systems technician, construction technician, logistics technician, freight forwarding technician. The mobilities were carried out in the period: 30.08-24.09.2021 (Bologna), 02.05.2022-27.05.2022 (Zaragoza, Corralejo). The students increased their tolerance as well as respect for European values. The project also contributed to increasing the quality of the implemented mobility projects. Due to implementation of the project ZST strengthened the project team, gained experience in crisis management (including COVID related problems). The project also allowed for the implementation of changes to the curricula of the preparatory courses.
The project was implemented as a response to the educational and development needs of ZST (Zespół Szkół Technicznych w Kłodzku). The project responded to the key needs of the school and project stakeholders, such as: a) Need to improve the quality of education b) The need to identify the expectations of employers c) The need to improve the language skills of staff and students d) Need for further development of the project team The project contributed to the fulfillment of all the above needs.
