We wanted to improve the quality of education thanks to the attractive offer of practical training abroad and to create an opportunity for our students to acquire new, unique professional skills that are difficult to acquire in Polish plants. Thanks to the internship, we wanted our future graduates to acquire skills that would increase their employability and quickly become independent employees, thus satisfying the needs of employers. We wanted to take actions for the documented assessment of student achievements as well as the transparency and recognition of professional achievements by implementing the ECVET system, issuing students with the Europass Mobility document as well as references and certificates. By participating in the project and internship, we wanted students to learn the social skills necessary for their professions, such as cooperation in a group, faith in their own abilities, ability to cope with stress and let students increase their language competences. We wanted the project implementation to increase the European dimension of the school, its prestige and prestige of vocational education, and to gain further experience in the field of the quality of implemented projects and international cooperation.
We applied for the implementation of this project in accordance with the European Development Plan, which defines the needs of our educational institution. Thanks to the attractive offer of practical education abroad, we wanted to improve the quality of education and enable students to acquire new and improve already acquired professional skills in conditions different from those encountered in Polish workplaces, e.g. working with seafood, preparing dishes, other cleaning methods in hotels. We wanted our students to gain practical skills in getting a job - learn how to use the Europass CV tools, successfully perform during an interview, be able to present the acquired skills. Thanks to the issuing of the Europass Mobility document, certificates and references we wanted our students increase their competitiveness on the labor market. We also wanted them to acquire social and personal skills important in their professions, such as the ability to work in a team, increase language competences and faith in their own abilities. The implementation of this project was also to increase the European dimension of the school, the prestige of vocational education and contribute to the experience in project implementation.
