Background

Perfect Project has been implementing international cooperation projects for nearly 10 years, and for nearly 6 - projects in a consortium with vocational schools regarding internships in foreign companies. That mobilities are organized cyclically, as a result of which students from Podlasie schools have a chance to participate in foreign internships each year. This project has already become a permanent part of our organization's activities. In 2020, the company received accreditation, so it can apply for further funds for international mobilities on simplified terms. Outside the project, the leader actively cooperates with vocational schools in the region and supports them in their daily work by initiating and taking part (as a leader and as a partner) in many initiatives that affect the quality and attractiveness of education in the entire region. The implementation of this project is an element of a long-term coherent strategy, which is designed to make vocational education more attractive and support students in gaining new professional experience and skills, provide them with tools that will allow them to prepare for future work in the best possible way, as well as shape students' attitudes of tolerance and respect.
