Background

The implementation of the mobility project was aimed at improving and modifying the internship program and its organization. We wanted to prepare students as best as possible for the profession (tourism organization technician, economist, trader and freight forwarder) by participating in foreign apprenticeships, thanks to which they could learn about the work methods, organization and functioning of a foreign company. The project was designed to prepare students and, in the future, graduates for greater professional mobility, which is becoming a necessity in a rapidly changing world. Completing an internship confirmed by a certificate, Europass Mobility document and ECVET portfolio is a chance for good employment not only in Poland but also abroad. Participation in foreign internships is also an excellent opportunity to develop language skills, in the field of English and Spanish. The implementation of this project, the continuation and expansion of the network of contacts with European institutions offering internships in foreign companies are an important element of improving the quality of the school's work and the development of international cooperation. It is also an improvement in the quality of didactic work of teachers coordinating the project.
