The main goal of the project was to increase the employability of 42 students of the ZSP in Wieruszów. The second most important goal was to increase the potential of preparation and implementation of development projects by our institution. These intentions were implemented through the following specific objectives: 1/ Development of vocational skills through the implementation of monthly international mobilities of 42 students of the ZSP in Wieruszów. 2/ Development of language skills and vocabulary of 42 students of ZSP in Wieruszów. 3/ Increasing the intercultural awareness of 42 students of ZSP in Wieruszów. 4/ Increasing the understanding of the meaning of lifelong learning of 42 students of ZSP in Wieruszów. 5/ Increasing the skills of the project team in the implementation of European projects. 6/ Building a network of international partners
The school tried to maintain in the curriculum the possibility of gaining experience of working in an international environment via international vocational mobilities. Giving our students a chance for personal and professional development. The project responded to other key needs of the school, such as: a) the need to develop the quality of educational services offered to our students; b) the need to build awareness of self-education and lifelong learning among students; c) improving the language skills of students and staff; d) improving competences in the field of project preparation and implementation. The project contributed to the fulfillment of all the above needs.
