The specific objectives for the school and the partner : • increasing linguistic, organizational and management competences, • making the educational offer of the institution more attractive, • raising intercultural awareness, • tightening cooperation between partners, • raising the rank of the school, • increasing professional mobility in the region and internationalization of the school.

Background

Our school educates students from both Częstochowa and the county, including the surrounding villages. We try to adapt our activities to the requirements of the market economy, introducing deficit and employers-required directions. Employers who cooperate with us, declare that they expect from future employees not only professional education, but at least interships. That is why it is so important to connect theory with practice. During education, schools must be linked with entrepreneurs and the economy. Our students attend for practical classes at the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education and at workplaces. We also provide the possibility (other projects such as "Professional cooperation II", "Śląskie. Professionals") to complete qualification courses. The implementation of this project gave the opportunity to 58 students studying in the following professions: electronics, mechatronics, automation, surveyor, photography and multimedia technician to gain additional professional experience on the European market, which significantly improved the quality and effectiveness of education at school, and above all, increased the chance for students for a better start in their adult, professional life.
