The main goal: enabling confrontation, broadening the knowledge and skills acquired at school has been achieved. The specific objectives of the project were also achieved: improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational education, improving practical vocational skills, using the latest IT technologies, improving a foreign professional language, increasing the mobility and attractiveness of education, getting to know the cultural heritage of both nations, increasing employability in Poland and abroad, full use of their skills through coaching , shaping appropriate student/social attitudes, i.e.: solidarity, tolerance, respect for human rights, empathy and a sense of European identity.
In order to develop, gain experience in various areas of mobility and European cooperation, our company has planned activities that are part of a broader, long-term strategy for the development and modernization of the school, included in the concept of school work. The long-term measure was to provide mobility support to as many students as possible. Participation in the project contributed to the acquisition of new skills of future economists (TE) and representatives of the catering industry (TŻ), both as potential employees and employers. The needs were determined on the basis of an analysis of the needs of the teachers, students and managers of the institution, which were fully consistent with the objectives of the EPR. Knowledge and skills in the field of the subject matter implemented during these internships are the basis for vocational training in the EU. The implementation of the project contributed to improving the quality of vocational education and promoting an entrepreneurial attitude, allowed to get to know the culture of both nations, build mutual ties and improve language skills.
