By implementing the project, we wanted to increase the share of practical classes in real working conditions in vocational education, improve the quality of foreign language teaching, establish international cooperation and develop mechanisms for managing international projects.
Applying for the implementation of the project was the result of analyzes of surveys and group and individual interviews, in which needs in the area of internationalization were identified. The need to implement the project resulted from the low share of practical classes in real working conditions in vocational education, the low level of foreign language skills of students, the shortage of vocational education teachers in the area of new methods and tools, and the lack of an international cooperation network as well as the lack of an international project management structure.
