By implementing this project,we wanted to create the right conditions for the harmonious development of students and teachers by performing tasks based on the latest educational standards, shaping key competences and professional qualifications allowing participants to find a satisfactory place on the European labor market.The internships in Spanish companies opened up new perspectives for the professional development of students,and thanks to the job shadowing,teachers could learn about the educational and professional system of another country and increase their motivation to further improve their competences.The project was a tool for the implementation of the ESDP and all its activities were to meet the needs diagnosed in it.Young people were expected to get help in meeting the challenges posed by the modern world and achieving success in the NewHighTech society.By implementing the project, we wanted to prepare students to make conscious life and professional decisions,respecting tradition and feeling responsible for the actions taken.The participation in the foreign internships was to make students more competitive on the labor market and be a source of inspiration and ideas when a student sets up his own company
TZN were fully aware that innovations are the key to the employment growth, welfare and quality of life.Our school pays attention to be the next incubator. We wanted to achieve this potential in information technology, consumer electronics and the opportunities offered by foreign internships and achievements in technology. Ambitious tasks assigned to our teachers can only be realized thanks to their continuous development and acquisition of new experiences, and local companies can develop, gain new markets, and thus improve the quality of life of the society, only by employing employees with appropriate qualifications. In order to meet the above-mentioned needs, we applied for the implementation of this project and its target recipients were teachers of vocational subjects from the IT, electric and electronic groups and young people studying in the above-mentioned professions.Through this project, we wanted to provide its participants with the possibility of comprehensive professional development and the opportunity to acquire intercultural social competences.The project is an excellent tool for shaping young, talented people for the needs of the labor market and a source of new initiatives supporting education in our environment.
