We wanted to increase the level of qualifications and competences of our staff so that they better correspond to the organisational and content requirements of our activity. We were also interested in knowing and implementing specific skills or tools for working with our participants. We also wanted to use the qualifications to develop the offer in English, including the competence to conduct workshops in English.
We applied for this project in order to meet the learning needs of our staff, to improve the level of the courses offered and to function better in an international environment. In addition, it was important to us to build the international reputation of the association, to initiate networking of similar organisations and to build up the brand.
