Hate speech, as mentioned above, is a growing problem in the culture of many countries. This problem can occur both in the real world and in the virtual world. The consequences of this phenomenon bring defamation, disrespect and hatred. They can even lead to death. People affected by hate speech strongly believe in the truth of the words spoken by the aggressor, they often close in themselves, lose the meaning of life, even lead to depression. The aim of the project is to broaden awareness in this topic and improve skills / attitudes among people working with youth in the prevention of violence arising out of hate speech and counteracting the negative effects of aggression, which is born directly from hate speech, through direct reaction to verbal / non-verbal violence. Therefore, the link between project impact and performance indicators provides information on how the project will achieve desired social changes at the level of participants, organizations and target groups; an approach that further helps us shape the right tools to help fight hate speech and derivative phenomena. The present world strives for continuous development in many areas, and you can still meet people who are alien to these changes. This is particularly the case in less urbanized (rural) areas, where knowledge about hate speech or tolerance is still not common enough. People living in these areas do not have to deal with the influx of people from abroad (to a very small extent), and what drives them is unjustified stereotypes and often (unfortunately) lack of education. It is true that the older society grew up and worked in conditions other than the current youth. These people did not have so many possibilities in terms of traveling, education and acquiring knowledge in an informal way. Currently, the majority of initiatives are led by young people. This project, however, can significantly contribute to increasing competences in older generations (of course in an indirect way, because the target group for training is young people). This does not preclude the dissemination of awareness on the topic of hate speech, aggression etc. among this group of people, it will even be a success when, for example, a program participant shares this knowledge with his parents who, for example, change him sentence and become more tolerant people. By participating in international youth projects, like this, young people will be able to show other young people (but not only because adults also need this knowledge), how to discover new cultures, new people, new places, etc. International youth can be a window on world, "where young people have new experiences outside of their own communities in which they turn every day. Benefits should also be given to people from abroad. They will become more respected in migration countries, and countries will slowly seek to unify society by including these people in its structures. This project will also teach that peace and tolerance are key elements in building an integrated society, people who, despite differences, divergent beliefs, will continue to respect and respect each other.
