The idea for the training was created during the project, which we carried out together with our partners in Krakow in 2018. Since then we have been in contact with our partners. We want to implement the project because we have diagnosed common problems that our organizations are facing: - quick decrease in youth motivation - they engage in various activities of the organization, as well as activities that increase employment opportunities and lose interest after a short time, and the intensity of activities decreases. - a decrease in motivation of employees and volunteers working with youth - results from the lack of interesting methods of work and development opportunities. - routine pf the activities and decline of the creativity of its members - they have been pursuing the same projects for a long time, which affects their commitment. - willingness to learn more coaching tools and creative work methods that can be used to work with young people, especially in the development of their entrepreneurship, strengthening motivation and increasing the chances on the labor market. We would like to solve these problems by exchanging tools that our organizations are already working on. We invited organizations that work with coaching methods with young people who have problems with finding a place in the labor market. Unique projects, which developed its own model of coaching work with the unemployed who will share during the training. In addition, we still want to continue working with the use of the Action Learning method, which is a combination of coaching and training, which is also used by our partner PRISMS Malta. The SEAL Cyprus organization will share work with unemployed youth using creative techniques such as Disney's strategy, Six Thinking Hats and Metaplan. The AEGEE organization will prepare training blocks regarding the use of "As-if" questions in youth work with the syndrome of learned helplessness. Coaching tools and creative thinking techniques are a great way to solve our problems because, through the use of coaching tools, employees of partner organizations will be able to help young people achieve their goals - strengthening their motivation, proactivity, and entrepreneurship. Such coaching effects are described, among others, by the National Youth Agency in the UK (research: www.nya.org.uk). The goal of the project is therefore: - increasing the motivation of young people through the use of coaching tools for youth work, which have a proven impact on increasing proactivity, motivation and self-confidence - learning from each other tools that various organizations use to find a job in the youth market, which will increase the motivation of employees and volunteers working with youth - learning about coaching tools and creative techniques that will increase the creativity of members and reduce the sense of routine - sharing knowledge and experience, coaching tools and creative techniques - thanks to this we will strengthen both the creativity and commitment of those working with youth, and influence the development of the youth with whom they work. The aim of the training is to learn from each other tools that various organizations use to work with young people on the labor market, sharing knowledge and experience, work on building creativity and entrepreneurship in the youth. The training is planned in such a way that each organization cooperates in creating a work schedule, each has its own time to present selected tools, thanks to which we gain joint responsibility for the preparation and implementation of the project.
