The Project "T - training E - education A - activation M - youth" is a response to the need to strengthen intercultural dialogue and to learn about partner countries. A variety of topics related to substantive and practical workshops, field activities, sports activities, as well as cultural evenings will allow the participants to be integrated and to learn about the culture, tradition and history of the partners. Photo and art workshops will show thesatisfaction that can be derived from the independent making objects and artworks. Together, the classes will show how many young people are connected in Europe. They will contribute to building a positive image. Young people who are less aware of the region see the need for an international meeting, because it will facilitate breaking down interpersonal barriers and familiarizing with the culture of other nations. Involvement of participants at each stage in the project will facilitate the implementation of specific objectives: - acquiring the ability to look at the world around us - they will learn to cooperate with each other and with colleagues from another country, - acquisition of prosocial attitudes, patience, tolerance and understanding of a different approach to problems and how to solve them - increase of language competences through participation in physical and sports activities as well as exercises in language animation - learning about polite phrases and sayings expressed in native languages, a common exchange dictionary will be developed; - improvement of relations with people from another country - young people from partner countries will learn about traditions, culture and history of nations throughout history. - increase of knowledge about the culture, customs and traditions of exchange participants - students will discuss together family values related to European cultural values of the local nations community. In addition, participation in the meeting will help to strengthen your sense of value and improve yourself workshop, cognitive and linguistic. They will promote in their family environments the ideas of foreign exchanges, cooperation and tolerance for other attitudes and views. The use of non-formal education forms will allow for better and more effective activation of young people with fewer opportunities. Numerous classes will be an opportunity to strengthen social competences, communication, creativity and increase self-esteem. The project will be attended by 24 participants from Poland, Romania, Slovakia as well as 2 leaders from each partner country organization. In total, 30 people from three countries will take part in the project. The crowning achievement of the youth's joint work will be the publication of a mini-guide to the Zamość region.
