The most important expected project impact is developing the communication skills in European and non European youth. This will lead to building a more cohesive, cooperative and friendly society as we strongly believe that effective, non-violent communication is a key social competence that underlies all the other qualities such as cooperation, team work, self confidence, social self awareness, ability to build and sustain valuable relationships. The project will impact young people from all the participating organisations and later on the young participants of the activities organized by them locally. We are going to organize a Workshop Day when all participants would deliver sessions for real target groups. What is also very important for us, that the knowlege in ready-to-use scenarious will stay in the organisations, could be shared or public which means that we will use it in a future. So that is why we already agreed that after this project every organisation will train a new group of youth workers to enable them in working with this method. After that, we can expect the effect of multiplication: 20 participants, sharing their new knowledge each with 5 colleagues from their local organizations gives 100 youth workers with new skills and knowledge.
