The main goal of our project is to promote equality, social cohesion and civic activity as a tool to combat the threats of social exclusion. Together with our colleagues from Latvia and Czechia, we want to raise awareness about the subject of social exclusion (especially people with disabilities) and knowledge about rare diseases. We also want to promote volunteering and exchange knowledge and experience in the field of actions and possibilities to support people suffering from exclusion or suffering from rare diseases. Also due to the fact that most of us are young people with fewer opportunities, we want to equate level the chances, among others through the development of key competences and other skills such as: ability to use new technologies, social and civic competences, communication skills.
