The project "We are the others" it's a great initiative pertaining to knowing other cultures. We are reassembling the project again, since we mentioned the comments of the National Agency and we want to show that the quality of our endeavour has been uprated and will bring the promising results. There will be youth of 5 countries taking part in our activities: Poland, Lithuania, Macedonia, Spain and Estonia. These are the same partners with which we have handed in the previous project. The undertakings will commence in June 2019, yet the exchange itself will last 7 days and is planned to be held at the end of August in place of Skarżysko-Kamienna. Formerly, at the end of July, we are opting for making a preparatory visit for leaders and one participant of each group as we want to know us better before undertaking the essential activities and arrange the crucial rules of collaboration. Nowadays, many people are dissociating themselves and towards their motherland. We want to show the young people the great importance of being open to the world, the world-curiosity. Each of us is different, everyone excels at something slightly different than us, that's why we would like to depict that those differences we can use in a positive way. Whilst the project is held, the youth will integrate with people from various nooks on Earth, gain valuable acquaintanceships, exercise their language abilities. We are to inspire the youngsters and we want them to inspire one another as well. To find and discover the best merits of one. The main aims of our exchange are as follows: - to learn and debunk stereotypes, - to spread the attitude of a tolerant human, - to show the youngsters, that the differences between people are pleasant-natured and good, - to discover the others, as well as themselves, - the openness towards new cultures, - the analysis of attitudes and mindset towards different countries, - to inspire each other - gaining the international acquaintanceships, - to improve language skills We will implement the aims with the help of methods of out-formal education, for instance: teambuilding, outside games, brainstorms, working in tandem. We will also promote how important it is to be an open-minded human, and the results of our project will be published in media of all kinds, due to which we will approach the vast number of people. The outcome of our project is to create and present a theatrical act based on Ten Commandments of Open-minded Human, which we'll establish right during our venture.
